All Oculus Quest developers MUST PASS the concept review prior to gaining publishing access to the Quest Store and additional resources. Submit a concept document for review as early in your Quest application development cycle as possible. Unreal Engine apps must be built with a supported distribution.
Required - Yes
Some versions of Unreal Engine are not compatible with Oculus or VR development. You must ensure you are building your app using a supported distribution of Unreal Engine.

This is checked immediately after you upload each build, and the upload will fail if the test fails.
