All Oculus Quest developers MUST PASS the concept review prior to gaining publishing access to the Quest Store and additional resources. Submit a concept document for review as early in your Quest application development cycle as possible. App description, screenshots, and videos must not include HMDs, controllers, or logos for other VR platforms.

If app features cross-platform play, then other users may show the appropriate HMDs and controllers for their platform.
App metadata doesn’t include any other VR hardware or software platforms other than Oculus and Samsung.
