The Oculus Audio Loudness Meter runs only on Microsoft Windows.
There are additional requirements for measuring loudness on Gear VR devices:
Download the Oculus Audio Loudness Meter package from the Audio Packages page.
After downloading the package, extract the contents of the .zip file to the desired location.
