This request will return a message with a payload of Room on the message queue.

Parameters

joinPolicy	Specifies who can join the room without an invite. Type: ovrRoomJoinPolicy
maxUsers	The maximum number of users allowed in the room, including the creator. Type: unsigned int
subscribeToUpdates	If true, sends a message with type {{notifications.room.room_update}} when room data changes, such as when users join or leave. Type: bool
