The 1.31.0 release of the Oculus Sample Framework for Unity is the last standalone package of the Sample Framework. All future versions will be included as part of the Oculus Integration for Unity.
The Oculus Sample Framework is distributed in the Unity Asset Store. Download the package from the Oculus Sample Framework page, or by searching for Oculus Sample Framework in the Asset Store tab of the Unity Editor.

Importing the Avatar SDK and Utilities for Unity separately is not required. It is compatible with Unity 5.4 and up – please check Compatibility and Version Requirements for up-to-date Unity version recommendations.
