Store cover art must not include text in the specified bleed areas of the top, bottom, left-hand, and right-hand side of the image.

There must be a bleed area around your image. For more information, see the Store Art Guidelines. Here’s an example image that highlights the bleed area. There should be no text in the bleed area:

All sides of the cover image’s bleed area do not include text, badges, or other busy patterns that would make an overlay illegible.
